Collective Visions: New & Recent Works by Represented Artists
Collective Visions showcases new and recent works from many of the artists in our Gallery stable, including Dick Frizzell, Reuben Paterson, Graham Fletcher, Hugo Koha Lindsay, Virginia Leonard, Gregor Kregar, Matthew Browne, David McCracken, Chris Heaphy, Max Gimblett, Michael Hight, Karl Maughan, and newly announced represented artist, Patricia Piccinini.
This exhibition invites you to explore an adventurous variety of mediums; each artist has a distinctly unique practice. Paintings have been created with everything from traditional oil, through to platinum leaf, acrylic, graphite compound, and glitter. Similarly, the sculptures all vary in their materiality, from stainless steel to clay, silicone, and even hair. Not only diverse in media, the works in this exhibition also explore various themes and perspectives, sparking conversations and connections between different artistic visions.
Collective Visions coincides with the Aotearoa Art Fair on from 18-21 April 2024 at the Viaduct Events Centre, Auckland.
